By using viz4.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use viz4. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian's permission.
You may use viz4 to create charts for personal, educational, and commercial purposes. You may not use viz4 to:
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access to accounts that violate these terms.
Your content is yours. Any data, labels, or charts you create belong entirely to you. We don't claim ownership over your chart content.
Our platform is ours. The viz4 software, design, branding, and code are owned by viz4. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative products based on our platform without written permission.
The free tier of viz4 is free indefinitely for individual use. If we ever need to change what's included in the free tier, we will give at least 90 days' notice and provide a reasonable transition period.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of any charge if you contact us at hello@viz4.com.
viz4 is provided "as-is". We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss of data or business arising from service interruption. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.
We will notify users of material changes by email (if you have an account) and by posting a notice on our homepage. Continued use of viz4 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
